The location was amazing. We walked to several nearby restaurants. The hotel gym was good and convenient. The outdoor pool was refreshingly clean and relaxing.
The body lotion wasn't replenished when requested.

The front end staff were professional. They made check in easy with complimentary champagne. the poolside was relaxing and private. luz weekend brunch was fantastic. it offered excellent, fresh made food for every palate.
The room layout felt strange. There was no artwork. there was no mirror over the dressing table. the bathroom had no door separating it from the bedroom.
